As a well-known personality in Indonesia, Moza has experience in broadcasting and entrepreneurship. With her dynamic approach; Moza provides a unique combination of deep first-hand experience in communications and media. Flexible, friendly, and determined, Moza has an extensive partnership with stakeholders and government relations.

(2016 -2019) Moza was the Head of Digital Literacy and Training Programs for the Indonesian Businesswomen Association. In that role she was responsible for empowering Indonesian womenpreneurs through useful practices in the ever-changing landscape of the digital industry. Moza and IWAPI regularly organized seminars, training, and hands-on workshops with relevant institutions focused on economic empowerment for women entrepreneurs. In 2017, She led the launch of IWAPI goes digital program with Facebook SheMeansBusiness joined by 3,500 women businesses owned in 11 cities around Indonesia.

(2020-2022) Moza joined Pearl consulting as a senior advocate for Facebook Economic Impact program in Indonesia, she led many partnership for Boost with Facebook & SheMeansBusiness program with variants partners. Among others: City of Surabaya & Pahlawan Ekonomi, Ministry of ICT & Digital Entrepreneur Academy, Ministry of Trade & Femina Wanita Wirausaha, Ministry of Cooperative SMEs & YCAB Karya Perempuan Rahasia Gadis, Ministry of Tourism & Think Women Perempuan Maju Digital, Ministry of State Owned & Rumah BUMN, City of Jakarta & Jakpreuners. During these years (the challenge to delivering the program in the pandemic situation), Moza was able to gain trust and build relationships with the extended client team in Facebook Indonesia resulting in greater collaborations and cohesion in the way to deliver the Economic Impact program run smoothly. She is excellent at handling conflicts and seeking better solutions. Able to always act as their champion to the partners, to help increase the credibility of the programs.

(2022 – today ) Moza joined Venita Daben & Irka Maulana becoming a content creator by campaigning for Pro Aging Journey for Women above 40s, through @tuatapikeren (available in Spotify, YouTube & TikTok) platform. @tuatapikeren rapidly gain more than 18K followers in TikTok as the leading journey for many mature women who are seeking information & community to understand Menopause.

As a businesswoman, Moza runs her own business in the beauty industry by creating a series of faux eyelashes under the brand @lashes_by_moza.
